Rancho San Antonio Park is located in the foothills below Skyline Ridge in close proximity to Interstate 280 and the cities of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and Cupertino. RSA was first used as a non-powered sailplane flying field and now hosts all types of flying models. The terrain is a hard compact dirt that can cause quick wear and tear on aircraft not equipped with landing gear. A frequency board and set of channel pins is located on site. It is common practice to post a pin with your channel number to the top of this board.

If you fly in the late afternoon at Rancho, be sure to bring your sunglasses as the sun sets directly in front of the field.
