I've got one, or at least I have this:

Build hasn't started yet, but I also have one of these that I've flown a lot (and will fly more once it's fixed...):

http://www.r2hobbies.com/rc-aircrafts/r ... lider.html

Which is a very nice light air ship.

The Bulero has a slightly undercambered wing. Fitting two hxt900 servos in the fuse required some work. Had to mod the servo tray, put bends in the part of the control rod that attached to the servo, and wound up making some 3mm cf control rods with metal at each end in order to get everything set to my satisfaction. Doing it over, I'd use the servos linked below, which I'm going to use these in the Speedo, they appear to be the same servo referred to in the link you posted:

http://www.valuehobby.com/radio-systems ... servo.html

The dsm-44s seem okay, just from playing with a servo tester, but the control horns don't fit that well. IIRC, only one of them bolted on w/o play, which may explain the lukewarm evaluations on line.

BTW, value hobby is in the US, shipping is $4 unless otherwise stated. I called them to ask a question about something and my guess is it's a Chinese immigrant running a business out of his garage.

Overall comments about the speedo and bulero is that the fuse is reasonably strong, but the built up-wing is fragile.

IIRC, the bulero is 19oz AUW with a 4AAA pack, and (I think) 3oz nose weight. Building it as an elevator only ship would cut some weight, but probably not that much.
