Pleasanton Heli Pilot?

I've seen someone flying a Heli (or at least fussing with one) at the park at the corner of Santa Rita and Black Ave. He's been there the past couple of weekends. Been meaning to stop and chat but I haven't had the chance.

Anyone know who it may be?
