The Bay Area Soaring Society was invited to fly at the Wings Of Rogallo Silent Airshow this past weekend. Although it rained cats and dogs in the morning, that didn't stop them from taking to the skies. A big thanks to everyone that made this possible!

It's that time again! Get your HLG's ready for a sunny day of flying. Thanks to Bob McGowan for hosting yet another HLG contest. Mark your calendars for Sunday September 26th. Location will be Irvington Highschool in Fremont. Registration begins at 9:00AM free of charge. The fun will continue afterwards with pizza and beer at the local pizza place. See you there! Our first DLG/HLG contest in the Bay Area went without a hitch. The weather was great, we had a good turnout and lot's of fun. Thank's to Bob McGowan for putting it all together.
